Coordinate with board committees for oversight of finance, fundraising events, patron experiences, and marketing. Set policy for and coordinate educational programming.​

Co-Founder and original artistic director for innovative, multidisciplinary arts venue. Involved in all aspects of founding and initial growth, with overall focus on developing programming, strategic planning, and education. Conceptualized strategic plan for organization, including mission, vision, values and detailed action plan and goals for next three years, in order to establish clear roadmap to success. Developed and oversaw weekly and monthly programming in a variety of disciplines, including salsa nights, jazz concerts, talk shows, live music and special events run by volunteers and small staff​.
